All products sold by Selah Apparels are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because items are customized for each order, we cannot offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer preference. Refunds are only issued in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Eligible Refunds

If your refund is approved, Selah Apparels will issue a refund through the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Replacement or Exchange
If your item is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement items are subject to availability and production time through Printful.
6. Shipping Costs & Refunds
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping if a replacement is requested, unless the item was defective or incorrect. Printful fulfills all orders directly, so some returns may not be possible; in such cases, refunds may be processed without requiring a return.
